About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom - Dragonfly. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sorters and ensuring the efficient unloading of trucks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and motivate your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Work closely with the Sorting Supervisor to communicate manpower needs and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Manage stress effectively and remain calm under pressure.
  • Supervise the unloading of trucks and enforce safety measures to prevent accidents.
  • Be proactive and respond quickly to changes and unexpected events.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse position and 6 months in a leadership role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
