About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back-End Associate to join our Store Merchandising Team at Rona Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock replenishment, analyzing promotional orders, and coordinating with suppliers to guarantee product availability and drive store success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock Replenishment: Analyze store needs, correct and perform work on the store system to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Promotional Orders: Review, encode, and follow up on promotional orders with suppliers to ensure all commercial conditions are respected.
  • Product Resupply: Ensure timely resupply of products according to each store's receiving, storing, and rotation capacities.
  • Customer Communication: Inform customers of supplier delays and notify merchandisers when interventions are necessary.
  • Inventory Management: Respect in-stock objectives, inventory budgets, and in-store rotation of all products under your responsibility.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate supplier service level and delivery delay for stores and inform merchandisers when interventions are necessary.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized, autonomous, and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a changing environment.
