Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and coaching to improve their skills and product knowledge
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide feedback and performance improvement plans as needed
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers and resolve escalations and customer complaints
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Adhere to store level budgets and manage expenses, labour costs, and financial performance
- Base rate and uncapped commission, ensuring your hard work is rewarded
