Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Orico Distribution Inc. as a Software Developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, ensuring it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Spring Framework, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
