About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at FERNIE STANFORD HOTEL & RESORT. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dust and Polish Furniture: Ensure all furniture and fixtures are free from dust and dirt.
  • Vacuum and Mop Floors: Clean all floors, including carpets, rugs, and hard surfaces.
  • Make Beds and Change Sheets: Maintain a clean and comfortable sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Provide Clean Towels and Toiletries: Ensure all guests have access to clean towels and toiletries.
  • Disinfect High-Touch Areas: Regularly disinfect high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches.
  • Attend to Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping Duties: Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as emptying trash and recycling.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
