We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility and Accessibility Sales Consultant to join our team in Nanaimo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with therapists, caregivers, and healthcare facilities to provide life-changing mobility and accessibility solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with therapists to determine the needs of clients and provide custom mobility solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate and sell mobility devices.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services to provide expert advice to clients.

- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $48,000 annual base + commissions.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, maintenance, or fitting in the mobility and accessibility industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ask thoughtful questions to troubleshoot concerns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
