Job Title: Project Manager

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead IT projects from initiation to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and directing projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior executives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Experience with MS Project scheduling and risk management tools
