At thyssenkrupp Materials CA, Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a QC Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include performing quality inspections, reviewing mill test reports, and maintaining accurate quality reports.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections in all departments and communicate effectively with corporate quality department and external customers.
- Verify the conformity of cut parts or ready to be shipped parts relative to customer requirements.
- Review mill test reports for conformity and review conformance certificates released from other distributors.
- Ensure daily and periodical calibration, ensuring ownership and maintenance of measuring devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- High school graduate with 1 year experience as QC inspector in aeronautical or automotive industry.
- Technical college graduate with 1+ years of experience as QC inspector in aeronautical field is preferred.
- Experience with aluminum alloys is an asset.
- Ability to create basic quality procedures is essential.
