Job Title: Auto Body Damage Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Damage Estimator to join our team at YST Auto Body. As an Auto Body Damage Estimator, you will play a crucial role in estimating repair costs based on damage examination reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate repair costs based on damage examination reports
  • Inspect repaired vehicles to ensure quality workmanship
  • Plan repair work to be performed, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience
  • Test drive vehicles to verify proper handling and performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
  • Order parts and manage inventory, ensuring timely delivery and availability
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting
