About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Care Specialist to join our team at Laser Obsession. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty treatments to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Body Care/Treatments: Provide a range of body treatments, including massages, scrubs, and wraps, to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Nail Services: Offer gel and acrylic nail extensions, manicures, and pedicures to enhance the beauty and health of our clients' nails.
  • Facials: Conduct customized facials to address various skin concerns, such as acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation.
  • Scheduling and Client Communication: Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Instrument Sanitation and Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment.
  • Area of Work Experience: Esthetician, Manicurist, Pedicurist.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, hand-eye coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability.
