Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
- Criminal record check.
