Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Therapist to join our team on an occasional contract basis. As a Counselling Therapist, you will work with adults, couples, families, and children to address a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, interpersonal skills, workplace challenges, relationship issues, stress management, and addictions. You will provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, adhere to professional standards and best practices, and engage in clinical consultation with our clinical management team as required.
What You'll Do
Our ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a counselling-related field or a Bachelor of Social Work degree with registration and counselling experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in counselling, social services, or addiction service settings is required. Experience working in the EFAP field is an asset. You will need to be proficient in providing counselling services in either English or French, and proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset. You will also need to have professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
