Financial ERP Consultant

Elim Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial ERP Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation Team, you will be responsible for leading and executing the implementation of the NetSuite ERP system, particularly focused on financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations with a focus on financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc.
  • Be the go-to expert for functional and technical project aspects, sharing your knowledge generously.
  • Analyze client needs and configure NetSuite to enhance financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain customized financial reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial management and efficiency.
  • Share industry best practices and recommend solutions to improve financial management and efficiency.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years' experience dealing with ERP system applications (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and/or consulting.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Reporting).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and dashboards.
  • CPA Designation is an asset.
  • NetSuite certification is a plus.
