Job Summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of our vehicles, providing an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and consoles, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interiors to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for customers.
  • Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks, to maintain a high level of appearance and cleanliness.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damage or safety concerns and report any issues to management.
  • Check fuel levels, warning lights, and tire pressure to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for rental.
  • Fuel and stage vehicles for rental, ensuring they are ready for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist customers with their vehicle needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve job performance and skills.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds to assist customers.
  • Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule:
    • Monday 8:00am-5:30pm
    • Tuesday 8:00am - 12:00pm OR 1:00pm-5:00pm
    • Wednesday 8:00am-5:30pm
    • Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm
    • Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
    • Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm
