Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist tradespersons and other workers with tasks such as moving tools and equipment, cleaning machines and work areas, and performing maintenance and repair work.
  • Work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and at varying temperatures, including cold and hot conditions.
  • Operate heavy equipment and tools, and handle heavy loads as required.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from tradespersons and other workers.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require manual dexterity, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
