Community Engagement Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychosocial Support Worker to join our team at Indwell. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with tenants to promote housing stability, social inclusion, and overall well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide holistic support to tenants, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement service plans that meet each tenant's unique needs.
- Assist tenants in accessing community resources and services, including psychiatric, medical, social, residential, financial, and other support models.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and refinement of our programs.
**Requirements:**
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience working within a case management framework with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use, or other special needs.
- A warm, sensitive, and caring approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in supporting people living with mental illness.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and take initiative.
