Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Team Lead to join our team at DIDDEN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for training workers in duties and policies, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
  • Quick Books experience.
  • Public transportation available.
