Job Title: Real Estate Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team at Alpha Commercial Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate a team of staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Senior Management Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on business operations and strategy.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
