Operations Supervisor

Vavaa Distributions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispatchers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed to ensure that our equipment is in good working order.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to our dispatchers to help them improve their productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in their duties and policies to ensure that they are equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed to support our operations.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary materials and supplies on hand.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics to ensure that our operations are running effectively and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of logistics and operations management. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
