- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and customer feedback.
- Implement price and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting business objectives.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or store operations management role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Collaborative and goal-oriented approach to work.
Work Environment:
- 30 hours per week.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
