  • Plan and organize daily tasks to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Implement price and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail or store operations management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Collaborative and goal-oriented approach to work.

Work Environment:

  • 30 hours per week.
  • Permanent work term.
  • English language required.
