Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $120,000-$180,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description: In this leadership role, you will oversee the implementation of organizational policies and programs, authorize major department establishment, and coordinate regional work. Your responsibilities will include establishing objectives, formulating policies, representing the organization, and selecting executive staff. You will also establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
