Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Speed Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement New Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.
  • Review and Evaluate Procedures: Regularly review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and aligned with the company's goals.
  • Delegate Work: Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity.
  • Establish Priorities: Establish clear work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
