We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Health Careers in Sask.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide primary health services to the community, working collaboratively with the health team to promote health, prevent disease, and provide supportive and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary health services to the community, including health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, and supportive and emergency services.
  • Collaborate with and refer to other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Initiate and participate in community development initiatives and evaluative projects.
  • Develop and deliver formal education programs.
  • Work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
  • Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) degree.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C).
  • Certification in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or equivalent program required.
