**Responsibilities:**

Developing new suppliers, partners, and product lines for Wurth Canada Limited, as well as developing and expanding existing relationships with key vendors.

Sourcing non-stock items at the best quality and price available from a defined vendor list, as well as additional onboarding of new suppliers (as required) to satisfy the completion of the quotation process.

Cross-referencing of items from various vendor/competitor/product lists, with additional sourcing for bids and tenders where needed.

Collaboration with product management regarding key ranges that should be considered for our regular ranges that are being sourced through key account support on a regular basis.

Expedite and resource when and where needed to meet customer delivery expectations.

Increase sales and customer loyalty, as well as maintain and enhance customer relations with our Key Account team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute on the (NPI) New Product Introduction process, to ensure successful product development and launch for customer-specific items.

Create and maintain product documentation, including but not limited to, product technical documents and marketing collateral for customer-specific items.

Ensure on-time delivery and execution of all company-planned initiatives as it pertains to onboarding of new key account products.

Work internally and externally with our vendors and internal stakeholders to support the quotation process with the ultimate goal of gaining top-line revenue growth for new key account opportunities.
