We are a family of stores dedicated to providing families with food and supplies for their pets. Our stores include Pet Valu, Paulmac's Pet Food, Bosley's, Tisol, and Total Pet.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Keyholder to assist with ensuring consistently great execution in our store. The Keyholder will recommend products and services to create a healthy and playful life for pets, drive profit, and represent the store in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Cashier and customer sales
  • Preparing merchandise orders, banking, and other paperwork
  • Placing small items into stock in the sales area
  • Sweeping, dusting, and general store maintenance
  • Assisting with unloading delivery vehicles and putting stock into place
  • Opening and closing the store while following company procedures
  • Assigning daily goals and tasks to ACEs when necessary

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Working knowledge of POS system
  • Possess an outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from the store
