Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Emergine Enterprise Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support clients' needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment:

As a Personal Support Worker, you will work in clients' homes, providing care and support in a variety of settings. You will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
