Job Summary:

Cineplex is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-time Team Member to join our team. As a Cast Member, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional entertainment experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including concessions, box office, and theatre operations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and late nights.
  • Ability to work in a variable environment with changing priorities.
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (an asset).
