Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in their job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Recruit and hire new kitchen staff, ensuring that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and safety.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
