About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our Dryvan Division. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of dispatching, ensuring efficient and timely movements for our valued clients.

Your primary focus will be on acting as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers, skillfully negotiating, booking, and coordinating movements, including managing the dispatching of trucks for optimal scheduling and delivery.

You will collaborate closely with our Operations team to ensure the seamless execution of dispatch, addressing any operational challenges that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries related to dispatch, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve shared dispatch goals and targets. If you have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Dispatcher and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do Here
  • Act as a primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of customers within the Dryvan Division, ensuring efficient and timely movements that meet their specific needs.
  • Skillfully negotiate, book, and coordinate movements, including managing the dispatching of trucks for optimal scheduling and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure the seamless execution of dispatch, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
  • Provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer inquiries related to dispatch, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Continuously strive to achieve the highest level of dispatch efficiency and promptly address any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Take on various assignments to keep things running seamlessly within the team.
