At Central Equipment Sales and Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Truck Systems Mechanic to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in truck systems repair and maintenance. As a Truck Systems Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Experience and Specialization

The ideal candidate will have experience in engine repair, electrical and electronic system diagnosis, brake system repair, hydraulic system repair, fuel and emission system repair, drive train component replacement, frame straightening, and truck-trailer repair.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
