TADKA KING is hiring an experienced Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment to provide top-notch service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns, preparing and serving specialty food at customers' tables, and presenting bills to customers and accepting payment in various forms. You will also be required to describe menu items, including daily specials, balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and advise on wine selection.

You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to take orders and ensure seamless service delivery. Additionally, you will maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clean and maintain the dining area, including tables, trays, and chairs
  • Advise on wine selection and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
