Sales Associate

We are a dynamic cannabis retailer seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide advice about merchandise, assist customers with purchases, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Inventory Management: Assist in displaying merchandise, maintain inventory levels, and perform data entry tasks.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and provide support with foreign credential recognition.
- Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, and proficiency in English.
Work Environment: 30 hours per week, permanent position, and a dynamic team environment.
