About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Gérant to join our team at Maxi. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues to improve productivity, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to improve skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Manage and maintain merchandising and operational standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
