We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Education Specialist to join our dynamic team at GSL Education.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced MFL teacher looking for a new challenge or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to develop their career. As a Multilingual Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MFL lessons and contributing to the ongoing improvement of student outcomes and professional development within the academy.

The RoleYou will work collaboratively with the Assistant Principal to support high standards of teaching and learning, develop and enhance the MFL curriculum and extracurricular provision, and inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Delivery: Deliver high-quality MFL lessons using effective pedagogical approaches.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Assistant Principal to support high standards of teaching and learning.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and enhance the MFL curriculum and extracurricular provision.
- Student Support: Inspire and support students to achieve their full potential.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and detailed records of student progress and curriculum planning.
- Qualified Teacher Status: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching MFL.
- Pedagogical Knowledge: Strong understanding of effective pedagogical approaches in MFL.
- Leadership: Passion for leading successful learning in the classroom and across the subject.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
