Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Strategist to join our team as a Technology Visionary Leader. In this role, you will lead the development of business and IT strategies and roadmaps to achieve targeted business outcomes and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the EA Team:

  • Manage staff and labor relations issues, providing leadership, guidance, support, and direction to the unit.
  • Foster a multi-disciplinary team approach and promote collaboration among team members.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide views of the organization, processes, and technology.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of architectures and supporting assets for respective architecture domains.

Governance and Risk Management:

  • Lead the analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and the technology industry to determine potential impacts on the enterprise's business strategy.
  • In partnership with IT Security domain, ensure the enterprise architecture adequately addresses risks such as emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Consult with project teams to fit projects to enterprise architecture, identifying when it is necessary to modify the enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic service providers and contractors.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized degree or diploma program in an IT-related discipline.
  • Minimum ten (10) years senior-level architecture domain experience, including minimum five (5) years of progressive IT leadership experience supervising/managing IT professionals.
  • Knowledge of managerial techniques and principles, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • TOGAF certification, ITIL Foundation certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean IT Foundation certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
