• Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or customer orders, bake mixed dough and batters, and oversee the preparation of special orders.
• Cake Decorating: Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet established standards.
• Supervision: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, drawing up production schedules as needed.
• Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, overseeing sales and merchandising of baked goods.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment tolerance, physically demanding work capacity, tight deadlines management
