Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team at Conrad Kain's Kitchen + Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the kitchen team.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent client focus, reliability, and teamwork skills.
