Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in preparing Notice to Reader engagements, along with corporate and personal income tax filings.
  • Comprehensive audit and assurance experience, primarily focused on private sector clients.
  • Conducting audits and related responsibilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Proven ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with Tax Preparation software, Caseware, Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and understand financial variances.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • High ethical standards in all professional dealings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a CPA designation.
  • At least 3 years of pertinent experience as an accountant in a CPA firm.
  • Solid understanding of ASPE and CAS, along with proficiency in Caseware, Caseview, Taxprep/Profile, QuickBooks, and Simply Accounting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
