Job DescriptionAbout the Role

As a key member of our team at SOEI AUTO REPAIR LTD., this role involves working in a fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional results in the repair of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating Repair Costs

Analyze damage examination reports to estimate the costs of repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Planning Repair Work

Develop a plan for the repair work to be performed, considering factors such as time, resources, and quality.

Testing and Quality Control

Conduct thorough tests to ensure that vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and meet the required quality standards.

Maintaining a Clean Workspace

Ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Replacing and Repairing Vehicle Components

Replace and repair front-end components, body components, doors, frame, and underbody components as required.

Surface Repair and Preparation

File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, and mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting.

Denting and Straightening

Use blocks and hammers to hammer out dents, buckles, and defects, and straighten bent frames using specialized equipment.

Interior and Glass Repair

Repair or replace interior components and damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs as needed.

Using Specialized Equipment

Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams.

Work Environment and Requirements

This role requires a client-focused individual with strong attention to detail who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry is required.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Work Language

English is the primary language required for this role.

Hours

40 hours per week.
