We are seeking a skilled Taxidermy Specialist to join our team at Advanced Taxidermy & Wildlife Design Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Taxidermy Specialist will be responsible for preparing and mounting skins of birds or animals for preservation, scientific, or display purposes. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and assist in the research, handling, and storage of artifacts.
  • Classify and assign registration numbers to artifacts and supervise inventory control.
  • Prepare and mount skins of birds or animals for preservation, scientific, or display purposes.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work Environment:

The Taxidermy Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and dependable.
