Mintu Electronics Inc. seeks an experienced Electrical Fitter to join our team. As an Electrical Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints.



The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints, and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of electrical control devices and production machinery.



Responsibilities


  • Assemble and fit metal and prefabricated parts to close tolerances according to blueprints
  • Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and blueprints
  • Fit electrical control devices into switchboards and panelboards
  • Wire electrical connections for switchboards and panel boards
  • Monitor production and troubleshoot production problems
  • Check final assembly for adherence to quality control standards
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools


Requirements


  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
