About the RoleKey Responsibilities
  1. Provide human-centered advice and assistance to ATB clients (80% of your time)
  2. Seek out information to provide expert advice to clients
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open communication
  4. Establish a positive rapport with clients
  5. Effectively translate information using digital tools and products
Requirements
  • Experience in land secured lending
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail banking
  • 5+ years of client service experience
