Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our project execution team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage all aspects of on-site operations, including human and material resources.
  • Oversee the installation process, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards, blueprints, and project specifications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules based on detailed plans and timelines.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and guidance to the construction crew, emphasizing safety protocols, attendance, and quality workmanship.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite at all times.
  • Prepare daily project status reports, promptly communicating any challenges or issues to the project manager.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a site supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Prior experience with Hydro-Québec projects is highly advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid CCQ competency card.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong leadership qualities, coupled with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Quebec for project assignments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction sector.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Completion of a General Construction Site Safety course (ASP Construction).
