About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at G S Canada Landscaping LTD. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, and performing other tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and installations
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn maintenance tasks
  • Remove litter and garbage from work sites
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed
  • Lay sod or seed to maintain healthy lawns
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working outdoors in various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
