Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe and effective working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Access control and property patrols
Incident reporting and CCTV monitoring
Emergency response and customer service
Maintaining compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments

Requirements:

Full G Class Ontario Drivers License
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Valid WSIB Approved First Aid and CPR Level C
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Great customer service skills
Previous security experience is an asset
