Product Display Specialist

Job Summary:

The Product Display Specialist will be responsible for maintaining Hallmark departments in mass channel accounts, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising of product in accordance with a master schedule and merchandising plan.

Your starting salary will be approximately $25.00 per hour based on industry standards for this role in Roberval, QC.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supports merchandising service with inventory management and merchandising activities in an assigned retail account or several retail accounts.
• Maintains scheduled service visits each week and stays within set budgets as they flex from week to week depending on retail occasions.
• Follows merchandising plan, productivity standards and schedule provided with attention to detail.
• Provides additional support to cover vacant accounts, holiday periods, and in seasonal peak demand periods.
• Assists with department revisions, remerchandising, relocations and new store installations as required.

Key Communication Skills:

• Maintains ongoing communication with the Territory Manager to ensure current knowledge of upcoming programs and in-store activities.
• Liaises with account management as a Hallmark representative relative to scheduled service calls.
• Communicates clearly with the Territory Manager, ensuring accounts are being serviced and merchandised to meet or exceed retail standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a retail environment is beneficial
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong knowledge of Smartphone technology and ability to manage an email account effectively
