About Markham Kia

As a leading dealership in Ontario, Markham Kia is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, referral networks, and lead follow-up.

  2. Meet Sales Targets

    Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales goals, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.

  3. Customer Engagement and Retention

    Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and positive referrals.

  4. Product Knowledge and Training

    Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle models, participating in product training and staying up-to-date on industry developments.

  5. Goal Setting and Planning

    Establish and achieve monthly productivity goals, planning and organizing strategies to reach objectives and drive business results.

Requirements:

  1. Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, with the ability to negotiate and make sound decisions.

  2. Industry Experience and Knowledge

    Preferred experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

  3. Excellent Customer Service Skills

    Deliver exceptional customer experiences, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Valid Ontario Driver's License and OMVIC Certification

    Hold a valid Ontario driver's license and OMVIC certification, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
