Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team at High Liner Foods. As a Business Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping our business strategy and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with our company goals and objectives
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Design and implement business solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain business cases to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in business architecture and process improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business architecture and process improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
  • 5-7 years of direct work experience in business architecture or a related field
  • CCBA or CBAP certification is an asset
  • Experience with CPG companies, particularly food companies, is an asset
  • Experience with manufacturing operations and supporting technology is desired
  • Experience with JDE E1 or another large ERP is an asset
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis, business case development, requirements definition, and test specifications
  • Experience in data analysis and working with large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
