Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Sigma Software. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests for our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Familiarize yourself with project requirements and design automated tests for planned features
  2. Implement test scenarios and designed tests within our provided framework
  3. Tune and extend our test automation framework as needed
  4. Review and refactor test framework changes made by team members
  5. Implement test data creation via database if necessary
  6. Analyze regression test reports and provide regular status updates
  7. Collaborate effectively with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  1. Strong Python language knowledge
  2. Strong test automation design skills, including OOP, composition, Page Object, Singleton, and SOLID principles
  3. Strong skills in interacting with web systems, including HTML, XML, cookies, web storage, cache, HTTP, and REST
  4. Solid general technical knowledge
  5. Good knowledge of characteristics of good requirements and ability to perform requirements analysis
  6. Ability to design tests for functions and business flows of moderate complexity, ensuring required coverage of requirements
  7. Ability to follow existing project processes and suggest improvements
  8. Ability to create basic testing documentation, including bug reports, test cases, and scenarios
  9. At least Intermediate English level
