Bombay Mart is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Organize buffets and banquets to ensure efficient service
- Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Reliability and dependability
The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
